Privacy Policy

Data in the app

FoldMiles does not collect personal data, track you, display advertising, or require an account. It does not include analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or developer-operated cloud sync. The app does not send your journeys to us.

Journey names, destinations, dates, traveller names, packing items, bag weights, tasks, checkmarks, notes and reusable kits are stored locally in the app's storage on your device. FoldMiles uses system preferences to remember your weight-display setting.

Backups and sharing

You decide whether to export or share a printable PDF or JSON backup. An export may contain any information you entered, including destinations, dates, names and notes. The service or person you choose receives that file. Services such as iCloud Drive and messaging apps handle it under their own policies.

Depending on your Apple settings, your device's system backup may also include app data. FoldMiles does not control Apple's backup service. Protect exported files and avoid sharing sensitive travel details unnecessarily.

Permissions and payments

FoldMiles does not request access to contacts, location, camera, microphone or your photo library. The system file picker grants access only to the backup file you choose. Apple processes any App Store purchase; we do not receive your payment card details.

Support and this website

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond to your request and resolve the reported issue. Please do not send identity documents or sensitive travel records.

This support website does not use advertising or analytics scripts. Its hosting provider necessarily processes network requests, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the pages. This is separate from the iOS app's local-only operation.

Deletion and control

You may edit or delete individual journeys and kits in the app. Deleting the app removes its local data. Exported copies and system backups must be managed separately where you saved them. You can ask us to delete support correspondence by contacting the address below, subject to any applicable retention obligations.

FoldMiles 不收集个人数据、不跟踪你、不显示广告，也不需要账户。应用不包含广告或分析 SDK，不提供开发者运营的云同步，也不会将行程发送给我们。

行程名称、目的地、日期、同行人、物品、重量、事项、勾选状态、备注和常备清单都保存在设备的应用本地存储中。应用使用系统偏好保存重量显示单位。

你可以自行决定导出或分享 PDF 或 JSON 备份。文件可能包含你填写的旅行资料，接收方或保存服务会按各自的政策处理。设备的系统备份也可能包含应用数据，具体取决于 Apple 设置。

应用不请求通讯录、定位、相机、麦克风或照片图库权限。系统文件选择器仅授予你选中的备份文件访问权限。App Store 购买由 Apple 处理，我们不会收到银行卡资料。

通过邮箱联系支持时，我们会收到你选择发送的信息，并用于回应请求。请勿发送证件等敏感资料。本支持网站不使用广告或分析脚本，但托管服务商会为提供页面和安全保障处理网络请求信息（包括 IP 地址），这与 iOS 应用的本地运行方式不同。

你可以在应用中删除行程和清单，卸载应用会移除本地数据。导出的副本与系统备份需在各自保存位置管理。如需删除支持邮件或有隐私问题，请联系 shadowingcxo@gmail.com，适用的法定保留义务除外。
